Senior Manager, Marketing & Leasing

           Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Estate Management, Real Estate or any related discipline
• Minimum 8 years managerial experience especially in marketing and leasing atmosphere 
• Excellent negotiating skills and sound knowledge of the retail market
• Meticulous with strong analytical skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• A team player with good management and interpersonal skills 
• Able to drive marketing strategies, formulate and implement overall marketing and leasing plans

Chargeman (HT)

           Requirements:

• Possess Chargeman Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga, preferably possess B4 grade
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in shopping mall, high rise commercial building or hotel
• Familiar with Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Regulations, IEE Wiring Regulations & etc
• Able to work on irregular hours and during weekends / public holidays  

 Executive, Marketing & Leasing

           Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity in the shopping complex management or property management industry with solid background and track records
• Experience in property management and leasing of shopping centre is an added advantage
• Sound knowledge in tenancy agreement  
• Independent, resourceful, highly motivated and result-oriented
• Possess  professional and pleasant personality with good negotiating skills
• Possess good oral & written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin and other Chinese dialects would be an added advantage
• Able to work well in a team or individually

 Executive, Tenancy Administration

           Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Business Studies or in related fields 
• Minimum 1 year working experience in tenancy administration within shopping complex or retail industry environment is preferred
• Able to speak fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese and Mandarin 
• Good interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and detailed oriented

 Executive, Business Development

           Requirements:

• Degree /Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years  working experience in related field
• Pleasant personality, tactful and ready to accept a very extensive role
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Dynamic, a team player with excellent presentation skill
• Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both oral and written
• Able to work independently  and self-motivated

Executive, Marketing & Promotions (Cosmo’s World Theme Park)

          Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in similar position, preferably with experience in Amusement Park environment
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak/write Mandarin would be an added advantage
• Able to work extended hours on weekend and public holidays

           Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Advertising / Marketing or similar field

          Requirements:

• Good relationship with NIOSH, Bomba  and DBKL          

Medical Assistant

           Requirements:

• Minimum SPM
• Minimum 1 year experience in First Aid & CPR
• Able to write and speak English and Bahasa Malaysia

Car Park Supervisor

           Requirements:

• Minimum SPM
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience, preferably with knowledge in the operations of fully automated car park systems and equipments

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• Able to troubleshoot motors and relay control system
