Assistant Manager, Public Relations

          Responsibilities

• To plan, execute and monitor all internal & external communication and marketing plan for the company as well as it’s components
• To support marketing activities such as exhibitions, promotions, conventions and all other events

• Degree/Diploma in English Language, Mass Communication or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in an advertising or publishing environment or mall
• Creative, assertive and result oriented
• Good relationship with the media and government agencies
• Excellent writing skills and able to write and produce press releases and feature stories
• Proficient in English – spoken and written
• Good communication and marketing skills in terms of promoting new products and brands within the mall
• Have experience organizing event and promotions

Assistant Manager, Media & Promotions Sales  

          Responsibilities:

• To plan, execute and monitor all media sales area and activities for the company
• Responsible for managing and servicing key advertisers
• To work closely with external advertising agencies and other suppliers on all internal and external advertising signage and ensuring cost-effectiveness at all time
• Ensure all promotions by external parties are conducted smoothly and systematically with strict adherence to the standard policies and guidelines given
• To maximize rental revenue at all times and ensuring efficient use of all promotion space available in the mall

          Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Advertising / Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 3 year experience in Media Sales, Electronic Advertising, Outdoor/Indoor advertising or its equivalent
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both oral and written. Knowledge of Mandarin would be an added advantage
• A self-starter, dynamic and result-driven
• Willing to work long hours when required
• Possess own transport

Senior Executive, Marketing & Leasing

          Responsibilities:

• To fully assist in the co-ordination and negotiation with all prospective retailers for  the leasing of retail lots within the complex

          Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications or Business Studies
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the scope of retail leasing within a shopping complex environment and has a sound knowledge of the retail market
• Possess good oral & written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin and other Chinese dialects would be an added advantage
• A team player with good management and interpersonal skills

Executive, Marketing & Leasing

          Responsibilities:

• To assist in the negotiations with prospective retailers on leasing of retail lots within the complex
• To co-ordinate and compile market data  on current retail developments, business trends and consumer demands
• To assist in the execution of promotional activities for the complex

          Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 2 years experience in marketing/leasing within shopping complex environment, retail industry or related fields
• Able to speak fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia and other Chinese dialects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, organized and disciplined in performing the job
• Resourceful, self-motivated and a team player
• Able to work irregular hours and during weekends/public holidays

Executive, Public Relations

          Responsibilities:

• To formulate and plan effective strategies for promotional activities, loyalty programmes, sponsorship and advertising campaigns that will develop a good synergy with all tenants within the complex
• To translate press releases, fact sheets and other write-ups on the company into Chinese
• Manage and update information on the Company website on all relevant issues

          Requirements:

• Degree in Public Relations, Marketing or Communications
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in similar position
• Computer literate with good written & communication skills both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Conversant in other Chinese dialects is an added advantage
• Good relationship with the media and government agencies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Executive, Media Sales

          Responsibilities:

• To market and sell advertisement space and handle sponsorship & tie-in promotion activities for the company

          Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Advertising / Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in Media Sales, Electronic Advertising, Outdoor/Indoor advertising or its equivalent
• Those without relevant qualifications but with more than 3 to 5 years related experience  are encourage to appl
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both oral and written and knowledge of Mandarin would be an added advantage
• Highly proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe & Illustrator would be a bonus
• Able to handle sponsorship and tie-in promotion
• A self-starter, dynamic, result-driven, multi-tasking and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Willing to work long hours when required

Medical Assistant 

          Responsibilities:

• To provide first aid treatment to visitors and anyone who is injured at the complex
• To manage the First Aid Room
• To support the safety team

          Requirements:

• Minimum SPM
• Possess Emergency Medical Technician Certificate
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Handling Trauma and Medical Cases
• Have good relationship with Hospital/Ambulance Providers
• Able to conduct  First Aid & CPR Training would be an added advantage
• Able to work independently
• Female candidates preferred

Housekeeping Supervisor

          Responsibilities:

• To monitor the standard of cleanliness of the common areas such as podium walkways, lobbies, guests and staff toilets, compound areas, surrounding main entrance and etc is maintained at all times.
• To coordinate with the contractor on all matters pertaining to housekeeping.

          Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma holder
• Minimum 2 years working experience at a supervisory level
• Well versed in housekeeping operations
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays

Event Logistic Coordinator

          Responsibilities

• To execute and monitor all related events and promotions for the company 
• To ensure that overall set-up and logistics of an event is being carried out properly

          Requirements:

• SPM/ Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or related qualification
• Minimum 1 year working experience in event management or similar field
• Good events co-ordination skills is required
• Able to speak fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia and other Chinese dialects 
• Able to work on irregular hours and during weekends /public holidays

• Diploma /Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in machine trouble- shooting and improvement activities
• Working experience in Theme Park as technician would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of mechanic, hydraulic, gear box. Clutch, pneumatic equipment and welding would be an added advantage
• Self motivated, hard – working, result- oriented, a team player
• Able to write and speak English and Bahasa Malayisa

Mechanical Supervisor (Cosmo’s World Theme Park)

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3-4 years experience machine trouble-shooting
• Working experience in Theme Park as technician would be an added advantages
• Knowledge in hydraulic, gear box, clutches, belt pulley, pneumatic equipment, standards and method of welding
• Able to handle and supervise technician on their day to day duties and write report on equipments states
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
